At Bella Chix Co, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing of your request.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
